Configuring Operational Setting

The Restaurant Configuration section in QRkey Systems provides six segments, each allowing the restaurant to configure specific settings for efficient operation and customization. Here's an overview of these six segments:

System Settings:

This segment typically includes fundamental system-wide settings. It covers options related to the behaviour and operation of the QRkey system as a whole. This might include the order notification tone, auto online/Offline settings and other general configurations related ed actions.

Bill Print Configuration:

Bill print configuration settings focus on how the restaurant's bills are generated and printed. Restaurants can customize the format, content, and design of bills to include relevant information such as name, address, contact details and msg at the bottom of the bill etc.

System Reporting Configurations (Closing Time):

System reporting configurations enable the restaurant to set up and manage reporting tools and analytics within the QRkey system. restaurants have the ability to configure specific settings related to reporting and inventory calculations.

Application Configuration:

Application configuration settings typically pertain to the digital ordering interface used by customers for ordering. In the "Application Configuration" section of QRkey Systems, restaurants can manage various digital ordering-related configuration settings to enhance their online ordering experience.

SMS Email Settings:

SMS and email settings are essential for communication with customers. In this segment, the restaurant can configure SMS and email notifications sent to home delivery customers. This segment also includes settings related to customer search preferences and inventory management.

Each of these segments plays a crucial role in tailoring the QRkey system to the restaurant's specific needs, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a seamless experience for customers and staff.
