In the "Reporting Configuration"
section of QRkey Systems, restaurants have the ability to configure specific
settings related to reporting and inventory calculations. Here are the typical
settings that can be adjusted in this section:
· Orders Processing Time Cut-off:
Restaurants can define the time until which the system should consider orders
for transactions on the current day. For example, if you set the cut-off time
to 05:00 AM, any orders placed before this time the following day will be
included in the current day's transactions. This setting helps determine the
boundaries for daily reporting and accounting.
· Storage Type for Inventory Calculations
(Excise Report): This setting is applicable primarily to bars or establishments
that serve alcoholic beverages. The restaurant can specify which type of
storage the system should consider when generating excise reports.
These configurations in the "Reporting
Configuration" section help restaurants tailor their reporting and
inventory calculations to match their specific needs. By setting the order
processing time cut-off and specifying the appropriate storage type,
restaurants can ensure that their reporting is accurate and in line with
regulatory requirements.
